Rank	Score	Description
5 points	Exceeding	We're trailblazing and setting the standards
4 points	Succeeding	We're good at this, and have > 80% consistently
3 points	Doing Ok	We've started, but still room for improvement
2 points	Just starting	We've just started this or considering it
1 point	Not started	We don't really do this, or haven't thought about it
